Students living in Payne Hall may encounter a few different room set ups-- the building has both traditional hall-style rooms with shared hall bathroom as well as suite-style layouts where 2-3 rooms are joined by common living space and shared bathroom. This coed building also has study lounges, TV lounges, community kitchens, laundry, A/C, and windowed bridge lounge space. Room sizes vary by floor, but all rooms come with twin beds, desks, chairs, dressers, closet space, and traditional-style rooms have a sink and mirror. Payne is home to the Residential Leadership Community.
