Cancellation Policy

Please note that our Conference Cancellation Policy is related to your guarantee date (the date your final numbers sheet is due) and your billing!

A conference may be cancelled with no penalty by either party up to 60 days prior to the booking party’s scheduled date of arrival.

If the booking party cancels the conference within 60 days of the arrival date and before its guarantee date, 14 days prior to arrival, a service fee equal to 10% of the estimated total conference cost may be assessed.

If the booking party cancels the conference after its guarantee date, less than 14 days before arrival, the full conference cost may be assessed.
