Conference Cancellation Policy

A conference may be cancelled with no penalty by either party up to sixty days prior to the scheduled date of arrival. If the conference/camp is cancelled within sixty days of the arrival date, but before the guarantee date, a penalty service fee of 10 percent of the estimated total conference costs will be assessed. Any cancellations after the guarantee date will result in the full conference cost being assessed.
