Contracting typically begins in the spring semester. We cannot issue your official contract until rates are approved.

These rates apply to those groups or individuals who are not enrolled in an academic session or a University-sponsored youth camp. Sales tax is applicable for all conference use of state lodging and dining services.

The lodging rates are listed per person, per night.
