If anyone in your group is a person with a disability who may need accommodations to participate in on-campus conference housing and dining offerings, please notify us in your inquiry! If accommodations are needed after submitting the inquiry, please email conferences@vt.edu. Please assist us in providing the most accessible experience by contacting us as early as possible.

Some of our residence halls are not accessible by wheelchair/motorized scooter; however, we are making strides in expanding our accessibility.

Most residence halls used by conference services are air-conditioned; however, a few are not. Advance notice helps us make alternate arrangements where required. Thank you for your early assistance.

Delofting Disclaimer

We deloft, or lower, beds for guests who require ADA accommodations or have mobility restrictions. Requests should be made during your initial inquiry and are not guaranteed. Minors do not need delofted beds, as guard rails are provided.

Conference and Guest Services follows Virginia Tech accessibility standards to provide an enjoyable experience for all event participants.

Note: There may be a nominal fee for de-bunking and re-bunking of beds.
