Sunday Move-ins Highly Discouraged

Due to the inclement weather expected, we strongly suggest you adjust your travel and arrival plans to avoid arriving to campus on Sunday. University facilities staff and resident advisor staff will be working to keep sidewalks and entryways clear; however, the residential focus will be on main doorways into the facilities depending on the scope of the weather event.

Critical Reminder: Testing Upload Required

Your Hokie Passport access to your building and room is currently turned off. Residential staff will turn on your access after they have reviewed your testing documents in the StarRez Portal. Test reviews are being processed as quickly as possible to reduce delays and same-day approvals for test received during business hours are usually completed within an hour.

If you arrive to campus without a reviewed and approved test, you will be required to either load your test results, take a rapid antigen test (supplies limited), or find off-campus accommodation until your test materials are available and approved.
